Bhavya started her career straight out of university with us as an associate software engineer. Quite active and indulged in the EITSI way of life, she speaks to us about what drives her passion to deliver.

The Fresher experience

Joining a corporate organisation right after university was quite an enriching experience for me. Suddenly I found myself in the midst of talented people working towards a great cause which so much resonated with our group tagline - Testing for Life!

It has been a very smooth experience for me right from day one where I had an amazing onboarding experience for new joiners. Coupled with the fact that everyone is so accessible, information, resources and knowledge flows freely in the organisation.

I love the time I spend working with my friends and everday there is something new to look forward to. While it may sound like an exagerration, but given the naure of Eurofins' business, we have a global presence and I am still discovering new things about Eurofins everyday. Learning @ EITSI

One thing I love about Eurofins is the learning! Learning, not in the sense of reading and hearing but being an active part of building something new, exploring new technology and working on some challenging problem statements. There is always something new to learn. The best part is that right from my first few days, I was enabled to deeply integrate into the teams right at the start and was helped on every step on the way by peers and leaders. We also have a very active Learning & Development programme here with a host of learning modules to choose from every month. Little did I know that learning will continue to remain as interesting as ever even after college!

Life beyond EITSI

I am an avid trekker and at every chance I travel out to the wild. I have been trekking since years now and can probably share some amazing trails with you! It's my way of recouping health and vitality! The fresh air at the top gives me such an overwhelming sense of calmness. At other times, you will find me at some restaurant around the city trying out new delicacies.
