Praveen joined us at the beginning of the COVID era and has worked with us since, helping us transform the world of testing as we know it, by leading the offshore IT infrastructure and operations team. With over 150 people in his team, Praveen tells us about his journey at Eurofins and how EITSI provides him with the space to learn and lead such a large team with confidence, every day.

Leading @ Eurofins IT Delivery Center, India

I direct the Offshore IT Infrastructure and Operations team, which is comprised of roughly 150 people with diverse skillsets. We utilize a variety of technologies to support our clients – both locally as well as globally. Our main responsibility is to monitor critical services around the clock with special focus on the global service desk. At EITSI, we have around 40+ teams who support our employees globally. We also package new operating systems and applications for deployment to our employees and customers. Apart from these responsibilities, I also handle project management as well as maintaining active directory for authentication.

I believe it is quite important to have a good environment to maximize productivity. My family is quite integrated and onboard with my responsibilities and the work schedule I follow and always supports me no matter what happens.
Apart from spending time with my family, I also love listening to music, especially Bollywood music. I also have a passion for reading books; It helps me grow my mindset.
