In conjunction with site investigations and remediation activities, Eurofins network of companies in Malaysia perform lots of hazardous waste determinations annually under government hazardous waste regulations based on Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005 which came into force on 15th August 2005.

Such testing including of various waste characterization testing included heavy metals and organic compounds on solid and liquid waste samples. The data we produce assists our clients in determining proper waste management and disposal practices.

The testing on solid, liquid, and other hazardous waste materials including:

  •  SW 1 Metal and metal-bearing wastes
  •  SW 2 Wastes containing principally inorganic constituents which may contain metals and organic materials
  •  SW 3 Wastes containing principally organic constituents which may contain metals and inorganic materials
  •  SW 4 Wastes which may contain either inorganic or organic constituents
  •  SW 5 Other wastes
